Community Livelihoods Project (CLP) was implemented from 2011 to 2012 and funded by USAID. This project focused to build the capacity of the local council members in different governorates in local Authority Law, and development Planning for local council members of Amran, Al-Jawf, Aden and Shabwa governorates. Partners also conducted survey to understand the role of youth in conflict and the impact of local conflicts on youth development to identify how youth can play a positive role in conflict prevention and management. The project trained 34 of CLP member carried out 6 training workshops that were attended by 128 of Governorates’ and districts’ local councils members.
